IT'S SCULPTURE!
It's Sculpture! is an ongoing sculpture exhibition project. Founded in 1998 by Randy Jewart as a way to bring contemporary sculpture to Washington, DC, IS! has produced exhibitions of dozens of works by nationally known artists in high-profile venues like the Washington Convention Center, National Public Radio, XM Satellite Radio and Arena Stage.
The mission of IS! is to build community through sculpture placement. We provide curated shows, a publication about the exhibit, and stipends for participating sculptors.
